Dear Employees and Business Partners,
Falcon Industrial’s executive team has been actively monitoring the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the potential impacts to our employees, customers, vendors and supply-chain. The health and safety of our customers, employees and their families is our highest priority. We are monitoring the communications from local and state government as well as other health administrations, and Falcon will use their guidance to do what is best for our employees, community and business partners.
Any employees exhibiting flu-like symptoms are instructed to stay home until the symptoms are gone. All international business travel and non-critical domestic business travel is suspended for our employees. Falcon will remain open for business and will continue to work with our suppliers to forecast any potential impact to product availability and lead times. Currently there are no negative impacts to existing or future orders.
In the event that our physical office is required to be closed, Falcon will implement our emergency response plan designed to minimize order disruptions to our customers. Key operational personnel will perform production, quality control and order processing. We are enhancing general hygiene and health practices in our offices and warehouse.
We will continue to monitor this situation as it evolves and provide regular updates.
