Water dilutable fluids with high oil content, emulsifiers and performance additives.

DURAKUT 3030 – High Performance Water Soluble Fluid for Magnesium Machining.

DuraKut 3030 is water-soluble coolant especially formulated for machining of magnesium. DuraKut 3030 is very stable in hard water. This product is also used in high-pressure hydroforming as the inside lube due to its high tolerance for hard water. May also be used on steels and other non-ferrous metals.

DURAKUT Z4– Multi-purpose Cutting and Grinding Fluid.

DuraKut Z4 is a sulfonate-free soluble oil used to machine ferrous and non- ferrous metals including: cast iron, stainless steel, strategic alloys, titanium, and aluminum. This highly engineered formula contains anti wear and extreme pressure additives chosen to provide best in class machining performance regardless of the severity of the operation.

DURAKUT 7821 – Traditional Soluble Oil – Macro-emulsion.

DuraKut 7821 is an economical, heavy duty, traditional soluble oil. Loaded with extreme pressure and lubricity additives to reduce friction and wear on tooling. Ideally suited for production runs on aluminum, stainless and tool steels.

DURAKUT 6035– Water Soluble Micro-emulsion Soluble Oil.

Designed for machining a wide-range of metals in high pressure machines. Product provides “soluble oil” performance while providing the coolant and machining benefits of a semi-synthetic. This product uses a balanced combination of natural and synthetic esters and extreme pressure additives for enhanced lubricity, especially on difficult to machine alloy steels. This product can be dyed blue- Durakut 6035B.

DURAKUT 6035NC -Water Soluble Micro-emulsion Soluble Oil.

DuraKut 6035NC is a heavy duty, universal biostable soluble-micro concentrate for machining and grinding of all metals. Unlike its sister product, the 6035NC does not contain chlorinated EP additives. Excellent for softer metals such as aluminum.

Semi-Synthetic Fluids

Water dilutable fluids with oil content less than 40%, formulated with specialty emulsifiers, performance additives, and corrosion inhibitors.

DURAKUT 8873 – Water Soluble Micro-emulsion Cutting & Grinding Fluid.

DuraKut 8873 is a universal, high performance, bioresistant, semi-synthetic concentrate for machining and grinding of ferrous metals, especially cast-iron and tool steels. It is a micro-emulsion. This product works very well in central systems.

DURAKUT 450 – All Purpose, Semi-Synthetic, Micro-Emulsion Metalworking Coolant.

Specifically designed for manufacturers machining a variety of alloys, DuraKut 450 machines both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. DuraKut 450 is based on new technology resulting in biostability, low foaming, and low to no odor, enhanced lubricity, emulsion stability, as well as cleanability and tramp oil rejection. This product uses a balanced combination of natural and synthetic esters and extreme pressure additives for enhanced lubricity, especially on alloy steels. This product can be dyed blue- Durakut 450B.

SAWLUTION – Semi-Synthetic specifically designed for both Band and Cold Saws.

Sawlution utilizes micro-emulsion technology to provide the necessary cooling for bundle cutting with intermittent cuts while lubricating carbide guides.

DURAKUT 341 – Boron-Free Semi-Synthetic Coolant

DuraKut 341 is a boron-free, bioresistant, semi-synthetic concentrate for machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, especially cast-iron and tool steels. It is a micro-emulsion.

DURAKUT Ti – High-Performance Titanium Machining Fluid.

DuraKut Ti is a high performance metalworking fluid specifically designed for machining titanium. DuraKut Ti combines the lubricity characteristics of soluble oil with the cooling and flushing characteristics of a synthetic.

DURAKUT 6061 – Macro-Emulsion Aluminum Machining Coolant.

DuraKut 6061 is a premium semi-synthetic coolant designed for aerospace grade, 6000, and 7000 series aluminum. It is non-staining and contains specialty esters and and polymeric additives, which exhibit outstanding machining performance and deliver high boundary film lubrication, regardless of the operation severity.

DURAKUT 601EP – Advanced Technology High Quality Coolant.

DuraKut 601 is a high performance machining fluid specifically designed for aluminum machining applications. It has Generation 3 bio resistance technology and class-leading biostability. The product generates very little foam, leaves virtually no residue, and provides excellent corrosion protection. DuraKut 601 contains no chlorine and no sulfur yet provides superior lubricity due to its heavy-duty oil package and boundary film lubrication package.

DURAKUT 525 Gen 4. – Best in Class, Micro-Emulsion Cutting and Grinding Fluid

DuraKut 4010 is a medium duty synthetic cutting and grinding fluid for machining of most metals where good EP and rust protection is required. Excellent tramp oil rejection and inherently low foaming. This product is especially formulated for Blanchard grinding, band sawing, and general purpose machining operations.

DURAKUT 621 – Oil Dispersing Synthetic Cutting & Grinding Fluid.

DuraKut 621 – is a medium to heavy-duty synthetic cutting and grinding fluid formulated for cast iron machining, especially for high-pressure transfer lines. It contains anti-clinkering agents.

DURAKUT 4025 – High Performance Titanium Grinding Fluid.

DuraKut Series 4025 is composed of surface interactive chemicals that have been carefully selected to enhance titanium grinding operations. This product thoroughly flushes the surface while providing boundary lubrication with minimal residue characteristics. This product provides exceptional cooling and is meant for grinding only. Formulated to provide extended belt life.

DURAKUT 625CG – High Performance Synthetic Grinding Fluid For Carbide.

DuraKut 625CG is a synthetic grinding fluid for grinding carbide. Formulated to prevent leaching of cobalt binder. Will not turn fluid a sticky reddish to purple color from cobalt leaching.

DURAKUT 9025 – High Performance Synthetic Cutting & Grinding Fluid.

DuraKut 9025 is very heavy-duty synthetic cutting and grinding fluid for machining of most metals where good extreme pressure and rust protection is required. This product will outperform even the most heavy-duty soluble oils.

DuraKut 9065 is heavy-duty synthetic coolant developed for aluminum and other aerospace grade alloys. Formulated with a proprietary surfactant chemistry that provides superior boundary film lubrication and cooling performance.
