DuraGuard RP-200 – Water Displacing, Dry Film Corrosion Preventive.

DuraGuard RP-200 is a solvent based rust preventative coating, designed to protect ferrous metals from corrosion. This product is used after water-soluble coolants; it is water displacing and also has fingerprint suppression properties. Results in a dry film corrosion inhibitor.

DuraGuard RP-210 – Water Displacing Oily Film Corrosion Preventive.

DuraGuard RP-250 – MP– Lubricant/Rust Preventative.

DuraGuard 250-MP is a multi-purpose lubricant, penetrating oil and rust preventative. 250-MP provides up to 1-year indoor rust protection. Out performs WD-40.

DuraGuard RP-300 – Long-Term Corrosion Protection.

DuraGuard RP-300 is an oil-based product that gives long-term rust protection of ferrous metals. This product leaves an oily film on the part. This product is ideal for all types of finished parts and can be used for overseas shipment due to excellent salt spray protection.

DuraGuard RP-325 – Long-Term Corrosion Protection.

DuraGuard RP-325 is a heavy wax based product formulated to give long term rust protection of ferrous metals. Product leaves a heavy waxy film and provides over 60 hours of salt spray protection. Designed for oversea shipments.

DuraGuard RP-90 – Synthetic Corrosion Protective.

DuraGuard RP-90 is a synthetic corrosion protective, which is diluted with water prior to use. It can be used with ferrous metals and aluminum. Also used in hydro testing equipment or after washing parts.

DuraGuard RP-15 – Soluble Oil Corrosion Protective.

DuraGuard RP-15 is a water extendable, oil soluble rust protective product with excellent in-plant, indoor storage and transport protection.

DuraGuard RP-WS-8 – Long Term Outdoor Rust Protective

RP-WS-8 is a new generation, highly effective rust preventative. RP-WS-8 is formulated with an extreme rust protective package in a non-aqueous, oil-based, and easily emulsified for end-use mixtures for application on ferrous metals for storage outside for greater than 6 months.

DuraGuard CuPaz 95 – Copper and Copper Alloy Passivator

DuraGuard CuPaz 95 is an in-process synthetic, water soluble passivator for copper and copper alloys in annealing and pickling lines. DuraGuard CuPaz 95 contains a proprietary blend of non-
ferrous corrosion inhibitors, copper passivators, and synthetic lubricants. Following copper and copper alloy annealing and pickling processes, DuraGuard CuPaz 95 is used to avoid re-oxidation of the bare metal. The strip is passivated and dried before being recoiled. Promotes a bright surface finish.
