Duralectric EDM 5381 – Conventional EDM Fluid

Duralectric EDM 5381 is a general purpose Electrical Discharge Machining Oil (EDM). The 5381 is recommended for both roughing and finishing operations. It has low viscosity with a high flash point and high dielectric strength. This product has strong oxidative stability and extremely low aromatic content, and low sulfur which allow for a long service life. EDM 5420 designed electrical discharge machines of all sizes and power ratings.

Duralectric EDM 5420 – High Performance EDM Fluid

Duralectric EDM 5420 is one of the best all-around Electrical Discharge Machining Oil (EDM), dielectric coolants on the market today. It has low viscosity with a high flash point and extremely high dielectric strength. The result is an EDM coolant with excellent flushing properties and virtually eliminates DR arcing. EDM 5420 designed electrical discharge machines of all sizes and power ratings. Duralectric EDM G520 – Premium Full Synthetic EDM Fluid

Duralectric EDM G520 is a full synthetic oil based EDM fluid. This synthetic base oil has low viscosity with an ultra high flash point and extremely high dielectric strength. The result is an EDM fluid with excellent flushing properties and virtually eliminates DR arcing. EDM G520 is designed for electrical discharge machines of all sizes and power ratings. This product has strong oxidative stability which allows for a long service life. Out preforms conventional paraffinic hydrocarbon based fluids. Best option for performance and bath life.
