Straight Oils:
Cutting fluids and oils intended to be used straight or neat, not to be mixed with water.
DURAKUT CO-100 – Premium and Operator Friendly Cutting Oil.
A medium viscosity cutting and grinding oil that does not contain sulfur or chlorine. This General Motors-approved product has excellent boundary film lubrication and rust protection. Applications include gear hobbing, gun drilling and other operations that require high lubrication with good cooling.
FALCONITE V-10– Vegetable Based Cutting Oil.
Falconite V-10 is high performance, low to medium viscosity; vegetable based cutting oil, ideal for machining and grinding of almost all materials. It is ideal for high production shops machining stainless steel, high temp alloys, titanium, and other difficult machine materials. Falconite V-10 is formulated with a vegetable base stock, making this product biodegradable and more environmentally friendly than traditional straight cutting oils, while at the same time providing the same exceptional performance. Falconite V-10 is 10 cst @40°C. Available in V-22, and V-40 viscosity. These products have no VOCs.
DURAKUT GD – High Performance Gun Drilling Oil.
DuraKut GD is petroleum-based cutting oil for deep hole drilling of steels and difficult alloys, such as Inconel. DURACUT GD provides superior lubricity for greater machining accuracy, improved machine uptime and first time capability, due to fewer rejects and increased productivity.
DURAKUT 2100 – Sulfurized Threading and Cutting Oil.
DuraKut 2100 is an heavy-duty cutting oil with high levels of EP and associated lubricity. Uses a low viscosity oil that provides outstanding performance in heavy-duty operations where machining tolerance and finish is critical, such as deep-hole drilling. Is suitable for all kinds of steel under normal cutting operations and can be used on brass, bronze and other copper-bearing alloys.
DURAKUT 2185 – High Performance Dual Purpose Cutting Oil.
DuraKut 2185 is a heavy duty straight cutting oil with high levels of EP additives and associated lubricity. It is available in multiple viscosity to meet specific customer’s processing requirements.
DURAKUT TPO – Tri-Purpose Cutting Oil.
Tri-Purpose oil, meaning it can be used as a cutting oil, hydraulic fluid and machine lubricant in screw machines and other straight cutting oil applications, without relying on chlorinated additives. Its low viscosity provides better cooling which allows for higher productivity.
FALCONITE HO-4 – Premium Light Viscosity Honing Oil
Low viscosity oil used in honing, polishing, grinding and super finishing operations. Utilizes our specialty base oil which provides excellent lubrication, heat transfer, wetting and chip flushing. An excellent choice for finishing applications which require a micro-surface finish.
DURAKUT BT-500 – Premium Broaching Oil
BT-500 is fortified with a balanced mixture of natural and synthetic esters which deliver an ultra high lubrication value for broach bar life. Inherently low misting and runs cleaner than traditional broach oils. This product will out last the competition while minimizing broach wear. Can be used in other heavy duty applications such as threading, gear cutting and hobbing.
