DuraGuard 9192 – Synthetic Anti-Spatter

DuraGuard 9192 Anti-Spatter is a soap-based, operator and environmentally friendly welding anti-spatter.  9192 has a high resistance to weld spatter accumulation on surfaces, parts, clamps, fixtures, nozzle tips, and gas diffusers.  This product will not smoke when used in any type of hot work environment.  9192 also acts as a degreaser, removing most process oils, dirt and grime, leaving your parts clean with a high quality finish.

DuraGuard 9100 – Super Spatter

DuraGuard 9100 is the concentrated version of our industry renowned 9192 Anti-Spatter.  9100 Super Spatter is designed to be diluted with up to 80% water.

DuraGuard 9198 – Synthetic Nozzle Tip Gel

DuraGuard #9198 Nozzle Gel protects against spatter ad-hesion to the nozzle and tip keeping your torch in service longer. Un-like the old technology waxes, our nozzle gel stays in place at higher
temperatures and can be applied immediately at startup when your torch is cold for instant protection. Application of 9198 is easy simply dip the nozzle at startup and periodically as needed. 9198 nozzle gel is water based keeping your torch cooler, free of any hazardous ingredients, and environmentally safe. It does NOT contain any types of solvents, ozone depletors, silicones, or oils. 9198 nozzle gel can be safely handled with no special storage precautions.

DuraGuard Clean Weld

DuraGuard Clean Weld is a water-based synthetic additive for closed-loop welding coolant systems. Designed to cool welding torches while preventing algae and mold growth. DuraGuard Clean Weld protects the metal in the system from mineral deposits and oxidation. Product can last up to 12 months in closed-loop systems with minimal maintenance. Clean Weld has very low conductivity, and minimizes electrolysis in dissimilar metals. Safe to mix with water or glycol-based anti-freezes.

DuraQuench RP-90 – Cutting Table Fluid

DuraQuench RP90 is a synthetic cutting table coolant and rust inhibiting compound.  Specifically designed for plasma CNC, BurnTables, waterjets, and other cutting tables.  It effectively prevents rust, bacteria, and foam in the systems while providing excellent cooling, eliminating hot spots, and results in superior part finish. Parts will dry stain free, while leaving a non-oily dry protection film for up to 30 days indoor.
