Fluids for in process cleaning of parts and maintenance cleaning.

In-Process Cleaners:

DURAKLEAN- No Rinse Cleaner (NRC) – Heavy Duty Multi-purpose Parts Cleaner. 

DuraKlean NRC is an alkaline cleaner designed to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals from corrosion. This product is used after water-soluble coolants and drawing fluids. This is a no-rinse cleaner. Use in spray cabinets or soak tanks.

DURAKLEAN ST-TURBO – Heavy Duty Soak Tank Cleaner.

DuraKlean Soak Tank Cleaner is a high alkaline cleaner for soak tank and spray tank applications. This cleaner is used on heavy soils such as cold heading oils or hydroforming dry lubes. Does not provide rust protection.  Excellent in two and three stage washers when used in conjunction with DuraGuard RP-90.

DURAKLEAN PW-328 Enhanced- Emulsion Parts Cleaner.

DuraKlean PW-328 is an emulsion based cleaner for immersion and spray cleaning applications. This cleaner is safe on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, and prevents rust and oxidation for 30-60 days after washing.  Excellent in two and three stage washers.

DURAKLEAN ZSR – High Performance Alkaline Cleaner.

DuraKlean ZSR is a heavy-duty cleaner with a mild corrosion inhibitor. Diverse applications from high pressure washer systems, to vibratory / de-burring machines, and general maintenance. High dilution levels, recommended 2-3%.

DURAKLEAN ST-135 – Ultra-Sonic Cleaner

DuraKlean ST-135 is a heavy-duty cleaner with a mild corrosion inhibitor designed for use in ultra-sonic cleaners. High dilution levels, recommended 3-5%.

DURAKLEAN ST-900-RP – High Performance Cleaner and Corrosion Protection.

DuraKlean ST-900-RP is a heavy-duty cleaner with a mild corrosion inhibitor. Diverse applications from high pressure washer systems, to vibratory / deburring machines, and general maintenance. High dilution levels, recommended 2-3%.

DURAKLEAN VC-2 – Alkaline Vibratory Compound (non-ferrous alloys) 

DuraKlean VC-2 is mild alkaline cleaner formulated for barrel, spindle, and vibratory metals finishing equipment. This product is designed for cleaning, degreasing, and de-burring of aluminium, brass, copper and other non-ferrous metals.

DURAKLEAN VC-33 – Alkaline Vibratory Compound (ferrous alloys) 

DuraKlean VC-33 is an alkaline cleaner formulated for barrel, spindle, and vibratory metals finishing equipment. This product is designed for cleaning, degreasing, and de-burring of both ferrous and stainless steels.  Not intended for use on non-ferrous metals.

 

Machine and Sump Cleaner:

DURAKLEAN MC – Heavy Duty Cleaner For Coolant Systems.

DuraKlean Machine Cleaner is a heavy duty alkaline cleaner formulated for cleaning out machine tool sumps. MC has a conditioner package to kill bacteria and fungus and is recommended for use during routine system cleaning.  Can be used in synthetic, semi-synthetic and soluble oil systems.

General Purpose Cleaners:

DURAKLEAN SUPER C – High Performance Multi-Purpose Cleaner. 

DuraKlean Super C – is a high quality, green cleaner with positive environmental properties. This product is ultra filtration friendly. This product will out perform Simple Green.

DURAKLEAN-MP ORANGE- High Performance Multi-Purpose Cleaner.

DuraKlean Multi-Purpose – ORANGE is a high quality cleaner with positive environmental properties. This product contains a d-limonene additive. This product will greatly out perform similar orange cleaners.  Very diverse and highly concentrated.  Can work in floor scrubbers to glass and surface cleaning.
