8007 Sawlution is an all-purpose, semi-synthetic, sawing and machining coolant. 8007 Sawlution contains no chlorine or sulfur, instead utilizes oil, polymeric additives and specialty esters to provide outstanding machining performance. 8007 Sawlution delivers the boundary film lubrication of a soluble oil, while providing the cooling and chip removal of a synthetic. This reduces friction, and minimizes heat and wear to saw blades and tooling, ensuring exception tool life.

DuraKut 8100-1 is a synthetic metalworking fluid formulated especially for band-sawing, circular sawing, and general machining of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides excellent performance and long coolant life, while extending blade life and reduces machine wear. DuraKut 8100-1 provides exceptional cooling by reducing frication heat and improves cutting finish and performance. Allowing for faster speeds and feeds, and increased productivity.
Spray Mist Lubes:
DuraKut 7000B is a synthetic, moderate to heavy-duty near dry machining fluid, designed to replace flood coolant. 7000B is formulated to be applied using minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) equipment. It may be used in all types of metalworking applications including the more severe operations such as sawing, broaching, and tapping. 7000B is non-staining and requires no cleaning before heat treating. Ideal on aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.
DuraKut MQL 104 is an all-purpose spray mist and MQL machining fluid. Formulated for modern manufacturing, this high performance oil machines both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. This oil is designed to have excellent lubrication values and a high smoke point for machining a of hardened alloys such as tool steels, stainless, and Inconel. It is non-staining and safe on sensitive alloys such as copper, brass, and aluminum.
Falconite V-10 is high performance, low to medium viscosity; vegetable based cutting oil, ideal for machining and grinding of almost all materials. It is ideal for high production shops machining aluminum, stainless steel, high temp alloys, titanium, and other difficult machine materials. Falconite V-10 is formulated with a vegetable base stock, making this product biodegradable and more environmentally friendly than traditional straight cutting oils, while at the same time providing the same exceptional performance. Formulated with a renewable plant resource and an EP package, Falconite V-10, is both able to handle heavy-duty machining operations and reduce environmental impact. V-10 is a USDA Bio-preferred certified product.
